Our story starts with our founder, Ellie Loveden.
With a family history of architecture, land acquisition and property management, Albert Cooper has been created to carry forward our founding principles of outstanding service and transparency for Leaseholders and Freeholders across Sussex. .
We provide bespoke residential block management for distinguished buildings, with a particular focus on listed and historic properties across Kemptown and Hove.
Our approach is defined by discretion, clarity, and long-term stewardship. We understand that heritage buildings require more than standard property management — they demand informed decision-making, sensitive oversight, and a deep respect for architectural integrity.
